摘要:
城镇化是现代化的必由之路。自“新型城镇化”首次提出以来,概念内涵不断丰富,并逐步上升为国家战略。党的二十大报告明确指出“推进以人为核心的新型城镇化”和“实现中国式现代化”。如何以新型城镇化助推实现中国式现代化已成为亟待回答的时代命题。研究从4个角度分析了新型城镇化的时代内涵,即人口城镇化、经济城镇化、社会城镇化、景观城镇化,并探究了新型城镇化与中国式现代化的内在联系,在此基础上提出了以新型城镇化推进中国式现代化的实现路径,为加快推进新型城镇化建设,更好地服务于中国式现代化的发展要求提供了一些启示。
Abstract:
Urbanization is the only way of modernization. Since the "new urbanization" was put forward for the first time, the connotation of the concept has been continuously enriched, and it has gradually become a national strategy. The report of the 20th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out "promoting a new type of urbanization with people as the core" and "realizing Chinese-style modernization". How to use the new urbanization to promote the realization of Chinese-style modernization has become an urgent proposition of the times. This paper analyzes the era connotation of new urbanization from four angles, namely, population urbanization, economic urbanization, social urbanization and landscape urbanization, and explores the internal relationship between new urbanization and Chinese-style modernization. On this basis, the realization path of promoting Chinese-style modernization with new urbanization is put forward. This paper provides some enlightenment for speeding up the construction of new urbanization and better serving the development requirements of Chinese-style modernization.
