摘要:
实现中国式现代化，需要城镇化的全面支撑。在分析中国式现代化基本国情的基础上，重点阐述中国式现代化对城镇化提出的新要求，人口规模巨大的现代化对城镇化的新需求；全体人民共同富裕的现代化要求城乡协调发展； 物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化需要城镇化水平的不断提升；人与自然和谐共生的现代化要求城镇化必须走绿色发展道路；走和平发展道路的现代化要求城镇化必须走合作创新、互利共赢的道路。根据这些要求，针对性地提出推进中国式现代化建设过程中城镇化的实现路径：人口规模巨大的现代化需要多元化的城镇化发展模式；推进产业非农化与转型升级，实现共同富裕；重视文化软实力，不断提高市民素质，加强精神文明建设；走低碳节能、绿色发展的城镇化道路，推进人与自然和谐共生；走合作创新、开放包容的城镇化道路，促进和平发展等。
Abstract:
The overall support of urbanization was needed to realize Chinese path to modernization. Based on the analysis of the basic national conditions of Chinese path to modernization, this paper focuses on the new requirements of Chinese path to modernization for urbanization. The modernization with a huge population brings enormous pressure and adjustment to the large-scale population transfer to cities and towns. The modernization of common prosperity for all people requires the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and guides the population to seek employment in urban areas. The modernization that coordinates material civilization and spiritual civilization requires the cultural construction of urbanization and the improvement of citizens’ quality. The modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature requires urbanization to take the path of green development. The modernization that follows the path of peaceful development requires urbanization to follow the path of cooperation, innovation, and mutual benefit and win-win results. According to these requirements, the realization path of urbanization in the process of promoting Chinese path to modernization is proposed. In the future, the spatial carrier of urbanization should be optimized and expanded, and urban employment opportunities should be continuously increased and industrial transformation and upgrading should be promoted. The living environment of urbanization should be optimized continuously to promote the integration of urban and rural development, and the equalization of public services should be continuously optimized to improve the regional urban system and spatial layout.
