摘要:: 从人本性、协同性、包容性、可持续性等子系统层选取24个评价指标，构建起中国新型城镇化评价体系，运用改进熵权法对中国31个省份新型城镇化进行评价。研究发现：子系统层中协同性对新型城镇化影响作用最大，人本性其次，可持续性再次，包容性最小；中国新型城镇化发展空间差异显著，表现为地区间差异与地区内不均衡，其中协同性差异最为突出，包容性差异最小；各子系统层存在空间格局差异，包容性与社会公共基础设施建设等空间格局相关联。据此，应强化以人为本，提升城镇化质量与效益；既要注重地区间引领，也要平衡地区内差异；因地制宜实施政策，避免“一刀切”。

Abstract:: 24 evaluation indicators are selected from the subsystem levels of human nature, synergy, inclusiveness, and sustainability to build a Chinese new urbanization evaluation system, and the improved entropy weight coefficient method is applied to evaluate the new urbanization of 31 provinces in China. It is found in this study that at the subsystem level, synergy has the greatest impact on new urbanization, followed by human nature, sustainability, and inclusiveness. In addition, there are significant spatial differences in the development of new urbanization in China, which are manifested as inter-regional differences and intra-regional imbalances, among which synergy differences are the most prominent and inclusiveness differences are the least. Besides, there are differences in spatial patterns among subsystem levels, and inclusiveness is correlated with spatial patterns such as social public infrastructure construction. Therefore, the people-oriented approach should be strengthened, and the quality and efficiency of urbanization should be improved moreover, mutual leadership between regions should be prioritized, while regional disparities should be balanced furthermore, the policies should be implemented in light of local conditions and avoid “one-size-fits-all” policies.
