摘要:: 基础设施包容性发展在国际上得到广泛的关注，基础设施发展呈现出明显的包容性转向。根据系统综述和荟萃分析的首选报告项目（PRISMA 2020）声明选择了22个最相关的研究进行内容审查，以了解现有的研究者、研究对象、概念内涵、领域和框架。研究发现，包容性基础设施的研究者主要集中于正式和非正式的国际组织，主要是针对所有人尤其是脆弱群体，提出宏观的包容性战略框架，但对于项目层面的包容性基础设施建设实施尚无深入的研究和成熟的理论框架。基于此，对未来基础设施包容性发展的几点启示进行讨论，旨在探索未来基础设施包容性发展具体的解决方案。

Abstract:: The inclusive development of infrastructure has been widely concerned in the world, and the development of infrastructure has shown an obvious inclusive turn. According to the statement of the preferred report item (PRISMA 2020) for systematic review and meta-analysis, 22 most relevant studies were selected for content review, so as to understand the existing researchers, research objects, concepts, fields and frameworks. It is found that the researchers of inclusive infrastructure mainly focus on formal and informal international organizations, mainly aiming at all people, especially vulnerable groups, and put forward a macro inclusive strategic framework, but there is no in-depth research and mature theoretical framework for the implementation of inclusive infrastructure at the project level. Based on this, this paper discusses some inspirations for the future inclusive development of infrastructure, aiming at exploring concrete solutions for the future inclusive development of infrastructure.
