摘要:
在发展遗产旅游和“体验经济”的背景下，体验和参与成为人们旅居生活的新追求。梳理国内历史街区旅居空间保护与更新的相关研究与发展趋势，针对主客矛盾日益加重、开放空间消极局促、传统商业消沉衰退等问题，提出以“访客”为导向——集约化、体验性、共享式的空间模式，探讨其在特殊历史环境下的适用性、优势及作用，在此基础上提出文脉传承、空间叠合、市井留真、叙事体验等4个方面的设计策略，并以苏州大新桥巷25—27号地块设计为例，系统构建从“游”到“访”的空间体验，为本土历史街区旅居空间的转型提升提供新范本。
Abstract:
Under the background of heritage tourism and experience economy, experience and participation have become the new pursuit of people’s tourism life. This article combs the related research and development trend of touristic space protection and renewal in domestic historic districts, puts forward the intensive, experiential and shared visitor-oriented space model in view of the conflicts of travel and residence, negativity of open space, and decline of traditional commerce, and discusses its applicability, advantage and function in the special environment. On this basis, this research puts forward four aspects of design strategies, such as context inheritance, spatial overlap, environmental truthfulness and narrative experience, and takes the design of the residence at 25-27 Daxinqiao Lane as an example to construct the space experience from tour to visit, which provides a new model for the transformation and promotion of touristic spaces in local historic districts.
