摘要:
在媒介变迁对旅游体验的影响下，传统的文旅产业融合发展正在逐渐地转型，“新文旅”一词应运而生，而历史文化街区的更新发展也需要从一个新的视角切入来适应新的时代背景。以哈尔滨市历史文化街区公共空间为重点关注对象，尝试从新文旅的视角切入，挖掘新文旅的深层次内涵。通过网络平台数据收集，结合实地踏勘，从运营、行为、空间三个层面综合分析哈尔滨市历史文化街区的新文旅特征，并且针对性地提出不同的赋能机制，以期为同类型城市的历史文化街区更新提供新的思路，优化黑龙江省文旅融合的发展路径，为东北地区城市振兴奠定基础。
Abstract:
With the impact of media changes on the tourism experience, the traditional integration of cultural and tourism industries is gradually transforming, and the term "new cultural tourism" has emerged, while the renewal and development of historical and cultural districts needs a new perspective to adapt to the new context. This paper focuses on the public space of Harbin historical and cultural blocks and tries to explore the deep connotation of new cultural tourism from the perspective of new cultural tourism. Using the methods of network data collection and field survey, this study comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of new cultural tourism in Harbin historical and cultural blocks from three levels of operation, behavior and space. Furthermore, different renewal strategies are proposed to provide new ideas for the renewal of historical and cultural blocks in the same type of cities. Finally, this paper hopes to improve the development path of cultural and tourism integration in Heilongjiang Province and lay a foundation for the revitalization of cities in northeast China.
