既有研究表明街道中心性在社区层面的土地利用格局中发挥着至关重要的作用。但在多中心条件下,这种关联性可能会减弱。因此以深圳为研究案例,使用扩展空间句法测算不同半径下的街道中心性。由兴趣点数据反映运动休闲设施的空间分布,通过核密度估计法在ArcGIS中将要素转化为同一栅格数据集,并分析不同类型的运动休闲设施空间分布与街道中心性的联系。通过空间自相关分析来探索街道中心性与运动休闲设施空间分布的耦合关系。结果表明:(1)街道中心性对于公益性运动休闲设施的分布具有吸引力,但这种吸引力可能由于功能种类、服务半径、地理条件、历史人文要素等因素产生波动,增强或减弱至不显著状态。(2)街道中心性的接近性和中间性两种指标,对于不同种类运动休闲设施的空间分布有着不同程度的吸引力。(3)街道中间性对于运动休闲设施空间分布的吸引力需要街道接近性的支持才能够显现。(4)目前深圳的商业性运动休闲设施呈现出大型化、外迁化的特点,这是城市活力衰减的标志。
Abstract:
The extant studies have shown that the degree of street centrality plays a crucial role in land use patterns at community-level. However, this correlation may be weakened under polycentric conditions. Therefore, this paper uses Shenzhen as a research case and uses the sDNA method to measure the street centrality under different radii. The spatial distribution of sports and leisure facilities is reflected by POI data, and the elements are transformed into the same raster dataset in ArcGIS by kernel density estimation (KDE) method, and the association between the spatial distribution of different types of sports and leisure facilities and street centrality is analyzed. Spatial autocorrelation analysis was used to explore this spatial coupling relationship between street centrality and spatial distribution of sports and leisure facilities. The results show that (1) street centrality is equally attractive to the distribution of public welfare sports and leisure facilities, but this attractiveness may fluctuate, increase or weaken to a non-significant state due to factors such as function type, service radius, geographical conditions, and historical and humanistic elements. (2) The two indicators of street centrality, proximity and intermediacy, have different degrees of attractiveness for the spatial distribution of different kinds of sports and leisure facilities. (3) The attractiveness of street centrality to the spatial distribution of sports and leisure facilities needs the support of street proximity to exist. (4) At present, the commercial leisure facilities in Shenzhen are characterized by large-scale and out-migration, which is a warning of the decay of urban vitality.
