城市转向存量发展阶段，安置社区规划建设与更新改造对推动城市高质量发展至关重要。结合广州市南沙区安置社区实例，针对其建设相对滞后、空间受“挤占”、选址“难落地”，以及缺少更新维护等问题，聚焦安置社区规划和更新改造两个方面。一方面从符合性、适宜性、可行性3个维度构建安置社区空间选址路径，促进其在宏观层面达成“统筹共建”，有效推动城市更新行动；另一方面，以G安置区为实例，探索从制度设计、总体方案、公众参与、社区设计师联动等层面全面提高更新改造的品质。以期为其他安置社区的规划建设和更新改造提供经验参考。
Abstract:
With cities transitioning to a phase of stock-based development, the planning, construction, and renewal of resettlement communities have become crucial for driving high-quality urban development. Taking the resettlement communities in Nansha District of Guangzhou as a case study, this paper addresses prevalent issues such as lagging construction progress, spatial encroachment, difficulties in site selection, and a lack of renewal and upgrades. The research focuses on two key aspects: the planning and the renewal of these communities. On one hand, a spatial site selection pathway for resettlement communities is developed based on the three dimensions of compliance, suitability, and feasibility. This approach promotes their "coordinated and co-developed" integration at the macro level, advancing urban renewal initiatives effectively. On the other hand, using the G resettlement community as a practical example, the paper explores comprehensive strategies to enhance the quality of renewal projects through institutional design, master planning, public participation, and collaboration with community designers. The paper aims to provide valuable insights and references for the planning, construction, and renewal of other resettlement communities
