摘要:
全域旅游是一种新的发展理念和模式,也是一条新的发展方式和路径。针对当前全域旅游理论研究相对薄弱和区域实践需要升级的现状,在解读全域旅游理论内涵的基础上,从理论、方法和应用层面构建全域旅游的研究框架,提出主要科学问题,结合新发展阶段的特点和现实需求,阐述全域旅游的升级思路及其高质量发展路径。强调要加强全域旅游科学研究,不断深化全域旅游的理论认知,构建由基础条件、供给要素、运营管理、支持保障、发展动力构成的“五位一体”的全域旅游发展体系。通过深入贯彻新发展理念,融入新发展格局,聚焦高层次统筹、高标准服务、高水平融合、高质量品牌、高效能治理、高品质生活、高水准创新,打造人民需求满足程度更高、新发展理念落实更深、旅游发展质量更优、创新发展动能更强的全域旅游2.0升级版,促进全域旅游高质量发展。
Abstract:
All-for-one tourism is not only a new development concept and pattern, but also a new development path. The theoretical research on all-for-one tourism is relatively weak and the demand for upgrading development is urgent currently. Based on expounding the theoretical connotation of all-for-one tourism, this paper constructs the research framework of all-for-one tourism from the aspects of theory, methodology and application, and puts forward the main scientific questions. Combined with the characteristics and practical demands of the new development stage, this paper puts forward the idea of upgrading all-for-one tourism and its high-quality development path. The scientific research of all-for-one tourism should be strengthened, the theoretical cognition of which should be deepened. The “five in one” all-for-one tourism development system composed of basic conditions, supply factors, operation and management, support and guarantee, and development power should be built up. By deeply implementing the new development concept, integrating into the new development pattern, focusing on high-level overall planning, high-standard service, high-level integration, high-quality brand, high-efficiency governance, high-quality life, and high-standard innovation, this paper builds up an all-for-one tourism 2.0 with higher satisfaction of people’s needs, deeper implementation of new development concepts, better quality of tourism development and stronger momentum for innovative development, so as to promote the high-quality development of all-for-one tourism.
