摘要:
城市体检是深入贯彻落实新发展理念，以改善城市人居环境质量和推动转变城市发展模式为着力点，统筹城市规划建设和管理，解决“城市病”中突出问题，提升城市品质，推动治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要抓手。通过对城市体检时代背景和重大意义的总结，明确城市体检评估是当前城市工作的方法之一。以迁安城市体检评估工作为例，介绍城市体检主要技术路径和研究方法，重点描述数据来源、指标体系构建、指标计算与评价，从而诊断城市“病灶”，进而制定治理策略。同时，结合当前城乡发展趋势，在促进城乡融合、加强公众参与和部门协同、实现精准治理、促进体检成果转化等方面做出探索，以期实现人居环境提升和社会治理现代化。
Abstract:
Urban physical examination is a new development concept, in-depth implementation of city in order to improve urban residential environment quality and promote urban development pattern as the focus, overall city planning and construction management, solve the problem of "city disease" is prominent, improve the quality and the quality of living environment of the city and promote the management system and management ability of modern important gripper. This paper tries to summarize the background and significance of urban physical examination and make it clear that urban physical examination evaluation has become one of the methods of current urban work. Taking the physical examination evaluation of Qian ’an city as an example, this paper introduces the main technical routes and research methods of urban physical examination, and focuses on the description of data sources, index system construction, index calculation and evaluation, so as to diagnose urban "lesions" and formulate management strategies. At the same time, combined with the current trend of urban and rural development, beneficial exploration has been made in promoting urban-rural integration, strengthening public participation and departmental coordination, realizing precise governance, and promoting the transformation of physical examination results, so as to realize the improvement of living environment and modernization of social governance.
