摘要:
随着自然和人为灾害的日益频繁，历史街区作为珍贵的文化遗产和城市形态的重要组成部分，正面临严峻挑战。伴随数智化技术的快速发展，历史街区韧性研究已成为文化遗产保护与可持续发展的关键方向。对2013—2024年国内外关于历史街区韧性的研究成果进行系统梳理与定量分析。结果表明，研究主要集中于理论基础、韧性特征、灾害类型、技术应用、评估体系、生态适应、空间尺度七大核心议题，其发展脉络呈现出从“理论构建”到“评价框架”再到“数智化应用”的逻辑路径。基于灾害响应的缓冲、恢复、转型3个阶段，梳理数智化技术的应用潜力，并从记录、评估、应用3个阶段总结数智化应用的具体实践。研究进一步提出构建数智化综合管理、保护更新平衡及人机协同预警机制的优化策略，以推动历史街区从“被动保护”向“主动适应”转型。综合分析历史街区韧性研究的趋势与热点话题，并结合中国特色提出具体的优化建议，旨在为历史街区的可持续发展提供科学依据与决策参考。
Abstract:
With the increasing frequency of natural and human-induced disasters, historic districts, as valuable cultural heritage, face significant challenges. Smart digital technologies have made resilience research a key focus for heritage protection and sustainable development. This study reviews resilience research on historic districts from 2013 to 2024, identifying seven core topics: theoretical foundations, resilience characteristics, disaster types, technological applications, evaluation systems, ecological adaptation, and spatial scales. The research evolves from "theoretical construction" to "evaluation frameworks" and “smart digital applications.”Based on disaster response stages—buffering, recovery, and transformation—this study highlights the potential of smart technologies across recording, evaluation, and application phases. It recommends integrated smart management systems, human-machine collaborative warnings, and adaptive planning to transition historic districts from "passive protection" to “proactive adaptation”. These findings provide strategic insights and China-specific recommendations to support the sustainable development of historic districts.
