摘要:
历史文化街区存在现状复杂性、改造渐进性、功能不确定性等问题，其更新面临诸多挑战。城市更新设计需要兼顾文化传承与功能再生，以实现空间活力的修复。以往研究发现，数字技术和文化创意在复兴城市空间中具有协同促进作用。以苏州阊胥路创业园与仓街三官弄更新项目为例，应用设计研究方法，在历史文化街区保护与发展的语境下探索以“数字+文创”引导城市更新的相关设计策略，以及通过在地化的场所营造和创新场景设计，实现历史文化街区空间活力复兴的实施路径。通过对“数字+文创”设计策略的适应性、协同性与可实施性进行深入分析探讨，为同类型历史文化街区的控保地块更新提供参考。
Abstract:
Historic urban areas present challenges for regeneration due to their complexity, gradual transformation, and uncertain functionality. Urban regeneration design must balance cultural heritage preservation with functional regeneration to restore spatial vitality. Previous research has indicated that digital technology and cultural creativity play a synergistic role in revitalizing urban spaces. Using the case studies of the Changxu Road Entrepreneurial Park and the Sanguan Alley regeneration project in Gusu District, Suzhou City, this paper employs the design research method to explore design strategies related to "digitalization + cultural creativity" in guiding urban regeneration within the context of historical and cultural street block preservation and development. The study highlights the synergistic role of digital technology and cultural creativity in revitalizing spatial vitality, focusing on adaptability, collaboration, and implementability. The goal is to contribute to effective strategies of urban regeneration for improving historically urban spaces.
