摘要:
历史文化街区作为城市历史文化的核心载体，在其保护与更新的过程中面临着如何在历史文化遗产保护与适应存量时代发展之间取得平衡的挑战。运用文献计量方法与可视化分析软件CiteSpace对比分析了近30年来国内外历史文化街区的研究进展、研究内容和发展演变趋势，对未来城市更新背景下的历史文化街区研究发展提出如下建议：（1）未来以人本视角为研究主体，基于环境行为学理论探索“空间—感知需求—行为模式”的历史文化街区空间营造方法应极具潜力；（2）以多源数据为基础的支持历史文化街区保护与更新决策的方法和工具研究具有重要价值；（3）公众参与机制对于提高历史文化街区保护与更新的协同决策水平和平衡利益关系具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Historic districts, serving as the central carriers of urban history and culture, face the challenge of balancing the preservation of historical heritage with adapting to the development needs of contemporary society during protection and regeneration. This paper employs a systemic review method and the visual analysis software CiteSpace to conduct a comparative analysis of historic districts’ research progress, content, and developmental trends domestically and internationally over the past 30 years. In light of the future urban regeneration context, the following suggestions are proposed for future research based on the research findings: (1) The space-making method of historical areas based on the theory of environmental behaviour is auspicious to explore the "space-perception needs-behavior pattern" from the perspective of people orientation. (2) The research on methods and tools based on multi-source data to support the decision-making of historic area regeneration is of great value. (3) The public participation mechanism is significant for improving collaborative decision-making and balancing the interests of historic district regeneration.
