摘要:
历史文化名城是所在地区民族特色和文化特色的载体。以历史文化名城天水的古民居为例，梳理了古城区内229处古民居的保存现状，在充分评估其特色和价值的基础上，以满足古城居民的日常生活需要为出发点，提出合理改善居住条件、筹建社区博物馆、打造特色民宿和发展民俗旅游等4个方面的策略，以期实现古民居与天水古城的共生，探索我国历史文化名城保护的新模式。
Abstract:
The historical and cultural city in a certain area usually represents the local cultural characteristics. In this paper, the 229 ancient dwellings of the Ming and Qing dynasty in Tianshui have been the research object, investigated their preservation status, comprehensively evaluated their value and cultural feature. On this basis, it is considered that the biggest problem with the protection of ancient dwellings is the contradiction with the development of the modern city. To overcome the issues outlined above, we sought to propose four methods: Improve living conditions reasonably, prepare to build community museums and characteristic guest-houses, and develop folk tourism. Hope to explore a new model for the protection of famous historical and cultural cities.
