我国自贸试验区设立的目的就是从贸易、投资和金融等多个领域进行制度创新，形成一批在全国可复制可推广的经验，目前关于自贸试验区制度创新的研究大多从宏观层面展开，微观企业层面的研究较少。以上海自贸试验区为例，通过2014—2016年上海自贸试验区内59家上市公司的面板数据研究制度创新对微观企业发展的影响。研究发现：上海自贸试验区制度创新对企业发展具有规模扩张、效率提升和企业价值增长等多方面的影响效应。同时，也发现存在规模异质性和产业异质性，即上海自贸试验区制度创新对中小型企业发展的影响比大型企业更为显著，对第三产业企业和非第三产业企业的影响都显著为正，相对而言，对非第三产业企业影响更大。
Abstract:
The purpose of the establishment of China’s FTZ is to carry out institutional innovation in many fields, such as trade, investment and finance, and form a number of experiences that can be replicated throughout the country. At present, most of the research on the innovation of the FTZ system is from the macro level, and the micro enterprise level is less. Taking the Shanghai Pilot FTZ as an example, this paper studies the impact of institutional innovation on the development of micro enterprises through the panel data of 59 listed companies in the Shanghai Pilot FZT from 2014 to 2016. The study finds that the institutional innovation of Shanghai Pilot FTZ has many effects on enterprise development, such as scale expansion, efficiency enhancement and enterprise value growth. At the same time, it also finds the existence of scale heterogeneity and industrial heterogeneity, that is, the impact of the Shanghai Pilot FTZ system innovation on the development of small and medium enterprises is more significant than the large enterprises. The impact of the system innovation on the third industrial enterprises and the non third industry enterprises in the Shanghai Pilot FTZ is significantly positive, but the influence of non third industry enterprises is relatively strong.
