摘要:: 行政区划是国家中心城市建设的重要空间基础，直接影响城市发展模式转变、产业结构转型升级、城镇空间布局优化等方面。研究表明：（1）郑州行政区划设置受交通物流环境的变迁而不断改变，行政区划设置应及时回应经济社会发展的变化趋势；（2）当前郑州行政区划面临着突出的市辖区规模过小问题，由此导致企业生产成本、城市更新成本和行政管理成本的快速上升，已经明显影响到国家中心城市的建设需求；（3）郑州市行政区划调整是推动区域协调发展的重要举措，有利于“平衡南北方、协调东中西”，对于拓展国家中心城市发展空间，提升工业化和城市化发展水平，推动大都市资源要素整合具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:: Administrative division is an important spatial foundation for the construction of national central cities, which directly affects the transformation of urban development mode, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and the optimization of urban spatial layout. The research shows that: the administrative division setting of Zhengzhou is subject to the change of traffic and logistics environment, and the administrative division setting should respond to the change trend of economic and social development in time; The current administrative division of Zhengzhou is faced with the prominent problem of too small scale of municipal districts, which leads to the rapid increase of production costs, urban renewal costs and administrative costs of enterprises, which has obviously affected the construction demand of national central cities. The adjustment of administrative divisions in Zhengzhou is an important measure to promote the coordinated development of regions, which is conducive to "balancing the south and the north, and coordinating the east and the west of China". It is of great practical significance to expand the development space of national central cities, improve the development level of industrialization and urbanization, and promote the integration of resources in metropolitan areas.
