摘要:
基于文化空间相关理论研究，结合城市体检工作的任务和要求，在东城区落实北京市“科技赋能文化、文化赋能城市”发展战略、打造“文化强区”的背景下，对标北京市总体规划主要目标和核心指标，明确东城区文化空间城市体检的指标体系，在老城保护、街区更新和文化产业发展等方面对现行规划和政策实施取得的成效和存在的问题进行评估，并进一步提出文化空间整合提升、文化产业布局优化等规划策略，以期促进文化空间保护与高质量发展，有力支撑北京落实首都城市战略定位、加快建设全国文化中心和具有国际竞争力的创新创意城市。
Abstract:
Based on the relevant theories of cultural space, combined with the tasks and requirements of the urban health check work, in the context of implementing Beijing’s "Technology Empowers Culture, Culture Empowers City" development strategy and building a "Culture Strong District" in Dongcheng District, in line with the main goals and core indicators of Beijing’s overall planning, the indicator system for the urban health check of cultural space in Dongcheng District is clearly defined. The effectiveness and existing problems of the current planning and policies implemented in aspects such as old city protection, block renewal, and cultural industry development are evaluated, and further planning strategies such as cultural space integration and optimization of cultural industry layout are proposed to promote the protection of cultural space and high-quality development, and to effectively support Beijing in fulfilling its strategic positioning as a capital city, accelerating the construction of a national cultural center and an innovative and creative city with international competitiveness.
