摘要:
基于环境心理学视角，本研究构建“环境—心理—行为”框架，以昆明文明街为例，利用热力数据与街景影像分别测度行为与感知活力，并对两者的耦合协调关系进行定量分析。结果表明：协调度具有显著时空差异，时间上呈现“双休日＞节假日＞工作日”及“白天时段＞夜间时段＞准备时段”的规律；空间上，高值区与更新区域高度重合。此外，商业与环境等物质性要素的影响力显著高于人本感知要素。研究证实了非视觉要素对“环境—行为”关系的调节作用，认为街区活化应突破单一物质空间更新，需统筹商业、气氛及舆论等非视觉要素的综合提升。
Abstract:
From the perspective of environmental psychology, this study constructs an "environment-psychology-behavior" framework. Taking Wenming Street in Kunming as a case study, it utilizes heat map data and street view imagery to measure behavioral vitality and perceived vitality, respectively, and quantitatively analyzes the coupling coordination relationship between the two. The results indicate that the coordination degree exhibits significant spatiotemporal differences. Temporally, it follows the pattern of "weekends > holidays > weekdays" and "daytime > nighttime > preparation periods"; spatially, high-value areas highly overlap with urban renewal areas. Furthermore, the influence of material elements, such as commerce and environment, is significantly higher than that of human-centered perceptual elements. The study confirms the moderating effect of non-visual elements on the "environment-behavior" relationship, suggesting that the revitalization of historic districts should transcend mere material space renewal and requires the integrated improvement of non-visual elements such as business formats, atmosphere, and public opinion.
