摘要:
国家文化公园是我国首创、依托文化遗产和自然资源建设的重大文化工程，它是世界文化遗产研究实践长期发展，并融合我国文化遗产保护最新成果的结晶。国家文化公园借鉴欧洲文化线路和美国遗产廊道，吸收我国学术界提出的线性文化遗产和廊道遗产，致力于构建具有中国特色的文化及自然资源综合保护利用模式。鉴于国家文化公园和西方文化遗产保护体系的差异，有必要构建国家文化公园中国特色。构建国家文化公园中国特色的路径为：吸收新时代中国特色社会主义思想精髓，立足我国文物保护单位制度，吸收线性文化遗产申遗经验，充分借鉴我国重要跨区域文物保护单位申遗及建设国家文化公园的经验示范，整合我国文化遗产类国家公园既有建设基础。
Abstract:
The National Cultural Park is the first major cultural project built on the basis of cultural heritage and natural resources. It is the crystallization of the long-term development of world cultural heritage research practice and the integration of the latest achievements of cultural heritage protection in China. It draws lessons from European cultural routes and American heritage corridors, absorbs linear cultural heritage and corridor heritage proposed by Chinese academia, and is committed to building a comprehensive protection and utilization model of cultural and natural resources with Chinese characteristics. In view of the differences between national cultural parks and western cultural heritage protection systems, it is necessary to build national cultural parks with Chinese characteristics. The path, based on the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, relying on China’s cultural relic protection unit system that has been built for more than 60 years, fully draws on the experience and demonstration of China’s important cross-regional cultural relic protection units applying for heritage status and building national cultural parks, and integrates the existing construction foundation of various types of national cultural heritage parks in China.
