价值评估是遗产研究的重要内容,现有研究对于线性文化遗产价值评估关注相对较弱,特别是在如何结合线性特征进行更加科学的价值评估上存在较多空白。目前线性文化遗产价值评估主要基于文化遗产评估OUV(杰出普遍价值)标准进行,关注以历史、艺术、科学为核心的内在价值和以旅游、社会、经济为核心的衍生价值,线性文化遗产自身特殊价值尚未得到突出。针对线性文化遗产不同尺度跨区域的线性空间、传承延续的文化时空融合、不同文化区之间的互动交流三大核心特征,提出了LINE(linear-integrated-natural-external)线性文化遗产评估模型,从“突出线性-时空连续-协同系统-多元数据”4个维度进行模型优化,并以中国大运河为例进行从框架到指标再到数据来源拓展的应用示范,旨在为线性文化遗产的科学评估与保护利用提供支持。
Abstract:
Value assessment is an important part of heritage research. The existing research on the value assessment of linear cultural heritage is relatively weak, especially there are many gaps in how to combine linear features for more scientific value assessment. Based on literature review, the existing research on the value assessment of linear cultural heritage is mainly based on the OUV (Outstanding Universal Value) standard of cultural heritage assessment, focusing on the intrinsic value with history, art and science as the core and the derivative value with tourism, society and economy as the core. The special value of linear cultural heritage itself has not been highlighted. In this paper, LINE (linear-integrated-natural-external) linear cultural heritage assessment model is proposed according to the three core characteristics of linear space at different scales and across regions, cultural space-time integration of inheritance and continuation, and interaction between different cultural areas. The model is advanced from the four dimensions of ’ highlighting linear-space continuity-collaborative system-multiple data’. At the same time, taking the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as an example, an application demonstration was carried out from the framework to indicators and then to the expansion of data sources, aiming to provide support for the scientific assessment and protection and utilization of linear cultural heritage.
