摘要:
为准确评估历史文化街区的综合品质，以河南省洛阳市老城东、西南隅历史文化街区为例，通过调查问卷法和频度统计法，选取交通环境、街区活力、产业发展、文化氛围、景观环境5个要素作为一级评估指标，构建历史文化街区品质评估体系。在基础数据、POI数据、热力图数据等多源数据的支持下，利用ArcGIS对各评估指标进行可视化分析，得到各评估指标的等级；利用序关系法赋予各项指标权重，经计算得到该历史文化街区品质的综合等级。结果显示，老城东、西南隅历史文化街区的交通环境、景观环境品质较好，空间活力一般，历史遗存保护和产业发展相对较差，街区现状综合品质一般，亟须优化提升。结合评估结果和相关政策，对现存问题提出针对性改进建议，以提升历史文化街区品质，保护和弘扬传统文化。期望研究方法与结果可为历史文化街区品质提升提供有效策略与实践途径。
Abstract:
In order to accurately assess the comprehensive quality of historical and cultural blocks, the paper takes the historical and cultural blocks in the southeast and southwest corners of the old city in Luoyang City, Henan Province as examples, and selects the traffic environment, block vitality, industrial development, and cultural atmosphere through the questionnaire method and frequency statistics method. The five elements of the landscape environment are used as first-level evaluation indicators to build a quality evaluation system for historical and cultural blocks. With the support of multi-source data such as basic data and POI data, use ArcGIS to visually analyze each evaluation index to obtain the current quality of each evaluation index; use the sequence relationship method to assign weights to each index, and calculate the quality of the historical and cultural block the current status rating of the assessment. The results show that the traffic environment ,landscape environment quality of the historical and cultural blocks are good, the quality of space vitality is average, the protection of historical relics and industrial development are relatively poor, and the overall quality of the current block is average, which needs to be optimized and improved urgently. Combined with the assessment results and relevant policies, put forward targeted improvement suggestions for existing problems, so as to improve the quality of historical and cultural blocks and protect and promote traditional culture. It is expected that the research methods and results can provide effective strategies and practical ways to improve the quality of historical and cultural blocks.
