随着互联网科技不断渗透和城市功能不断提升,老城更新伴随深刻的产业科技创新,其空间禀赋价值随之变化。纽约硅巷的成功实践诠释了科创产业发展与空间更新协同共促的老城更新路径。借鉴硅巷模式,以南京“秦淮硅巷”为例,在规划技术路径、创新网络构建、科创产业培育、空间特质打造等方面展现老城更新的新思路。在此基础上,对传统老城更新模式进行反思,构建创新驱动老城更新的路径,以期对我国老城更新的理论和实践有所启发。
Abstract:
With the continuous penetration of internet technology and the continuous improvement of urban functions, the old city renewal is facing profound changes in industrial technological innovation and spatial value. The success of "Silicon Alley" in New York City explains the value of the practice of old city renewal promoted by the coordination between industrial innovation and the space renewal. Based on the "Silicon Alley", taking the "Qinhuai Silicon Alley" of Nanjing as an example, this paper reflects the new ideas of old city renewal in the aspects of planning technology path, innovation network construction, scientific and technological innovation industry cultivation, spatial characteristics building, etc. On this basis, this paper reflects on the traditional old city renewal mode, summarizes and puts forward the "old city renewal path based on innovation", in order to inspire the theory and practice of old city renewal in China.
