摘要:: 在城乡建设中加强历史文化保护传承，不仅具有重要的现实价值，而且将对未来发展产生重大影响。只有深刻理解历史文化保护传承的核心意涵，从根本上把握这一思想的理念精髓，才能增强文化自觉，坚定文化自信，担当起弘扬中华优秀传统文化、实现中华民族伟大复兴的使命。秉持理性思维，结合古今中外案例进行分析，阐明保护传承历史文化的至关重要性、紧迫性和社会实践要义。

Abstract:: Strengthening the protection and inheritance of history and culture in urban and rural construction not only has important practical value, but also will have a major impact on future development. Only by deeply understanding the core meaning of historical and cultural protection and inheritance and fundamentally grasping the essence of this ideology and concept can we enhance cultural consciousness, strengthen cultural self-confidence, and undertake the mission of carrying forward Chinas excellent traditional culture and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper adheres to rational thinking, combined with ancient and modern Chinese and foreign cases, in order to clarify the vital importance, urgency and social practice of protecting and inheriting historical culture.
