摘要:: “一带一路”倡议是统筹中国全方位对外开放的、长远的、顶层的国家战略，这一倡议为中国城市旅游发展提供了难得的机遇，主要表现在：（1）构筑了主要节点城市旅游有机网络系统；（2）提升和扩大了节点城市旅游区位条件和空间范围；（3）凸显了旅游核心节点城市的中心地位。据此提出需要在明晰城市旅游空间布局变化的基础上采取相应的发展路径，包括：（1）“一带一路”空间指向下的城市旅游网络的优化；（2）统筹区域旅游基础设施建设推动城市旅游产业高质量发展；（3）丰富“一带一路”沿线城市旅游合作机制等。

Abstract:: A long-term and top-level national strategy to coordinate Chinas all-round opening up, the Belt and Road initiative provides a rare opportunity for Chinas urban tourism development , mainly reflected in: (1) constructing the tourism organic network system of main node cities (2) improving and expanding the tourism location conditions and spatial scope of node cities (3) highlighting the tourism driving function of core node cities / central cities. Accordingly, it is proposed that corresponding development strategies should be adopted on the basis of clarifying the changes of urban tourism spatial layout, including: (1) Optimizing urban tourism network under the Belt and Road initiative (2) Coordinating the construction of regional tourism infrastructure and promoting the high-quality development of urban tourism industry (3) Enriching urban tourism cooperation mechanism under the Belt and Road initiative.
