2021年12月5日的第十届无界论坛聚焦于1950年后（1950—2010年）的当代工业遗产的研究，对于这一时段的工业遗产乃至文化遗产的国际研讨在国内尚属首次。论坛邀请的专家包括联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）、国际古迹遗址理事会（ICOMOS）的专家、国内著名高校教授和大型央企、国企的管理者等四个方面。论坛发布的《关于促进保护和利用当代工业遗产的武汉倡议》重新定义了1950年后的工业遗产，提出“特殊存在”“时代价值”“苦难馈赠”等关键词。得益于来自不同领域专家的学术交流和思想碰撞，此次的无界论坛较为系统地反思了当代工业遗产的时间界定（阶段划分、1980年后和2000年后的遗产提出）、价值界定（时代价值、情感价值）、保护利用（保护性建设的遗产价值、设计的传承创新），希望可以从创新的角度，探索文化遗产在社会可持续发展中的角色和担当。
Abstract:
The 10th Cross Forum, held on December 5,2021, is the first international forum focusing on post-1950 industrial heritage and cultural heritage (1950—2010) in China. Attendees include experts from UNESCO, ICOMOS and renowned universities in China, and managers from large state-owned enterprises. The forum redefines the post-1950 industrial heritage, especially that of China by issuing “The Wuhan Initiative on Promoting the Conservation and Utilization of Contemporary Industrial Heritage”, and put forward keywords such as “special presence”, “time value” and “gift of suffering”. Thanks to the exchanges of ideas and knowledge among experts of different fields, this forum systematically reflects on related concepts on contemporary industrial heritage, including timeline (time frame of industrial heritage in the People’s Republic of China, post-1980 and post-2000 industrial heritage), value definition (time value, emotional value), and conservation and utilization (protective reconstruction value of heritage value, innovative design). The forum is expected to explore the role and responsibility of cultural heritage in social sustainable development from the perspective of innovation.
