摘要:
随着城市化进程的不断推进，城市更新的内涵不断丰富，城市更新的要求也在不断提高，从开始的拆除重建到现在的可持续更新，无不意味着人们对城市居住环境的重视和对城市建设质量要求的提高。随着城镇化速度的加快，影响城市发展的各种问题也不断涌现，而城市更新就成为解决这些问题的重要方法与手段。一些先行国家在城市更新方面取得了一定的成绩，结合美国、英国、法国、荷兰、新加坡和日本城市更新的具体实践，探寻出适合中国城市更新的实践启示：一是要完善法律法规体系，重视预防；二是因地制宜，保护城市历史文化；三是注重环保理念的应用；四是要坚持以人为本, 提升人居环境和公众参与度。
Abstract:
With the continuous advancement of the urbanization process, the connotation of urban renewal is constantly enriched, and the requirements of urban renewal are also constantly improving, from the beginning of demolition and reconstruction to the current sustainable renewal, all of which mean that people attach importance to the urban living environment and improve the quality requirements of urban construction. With the acceleration of urbanization, various problems affecting urban development are also emerging, and urban renewal has become an important method and means to solve these problems. Some pioneer countries have made certain achievements in urban renewal, we have focused on the specific practice of urban renewal in the United States, Britain, France, the Netherlands, Singapore and Japan, and explored the practical enlightenment suitable for China’s urban renewal: first, we must improve the legal and regulatory system and attach importance to prevention; second, we must adapt to local conditions and protect urban history and culture; third, we must pay attention to the application of environmental protection concepts; fourth, we must adhere to people-oriented, improve human settlement environment and public participation.
