摘要:
水文化是城乡历史文化保护传承的重要内容，也是历史文化名城保护中的重要议题。湖州位于太湖流域，孕育了以太湖溇港、运河网络、水乡聚落为核心的区域性水文化遗产系统。从区域整体性保护视角出发，在分析湖州水文化遗产系统性、关联性与活态性特征的基础上，归纳其工程科技、聚落营建、生态与人文价值，提出构建“市域（中心城区）—历史城区—遗产点”多层次保护框架，形成“理水—显水—护水”的保护传承路径，并提出水文化遗产区域整体性保护传承的一般性策略。
Abstract:
Water culture is an essential part in the conservation and inheritance of urban and rural historical and cultural heritage, also a key issue in the conservation of historic cities. Situated in Taihu Lake Basin, Huzhou has nurtured a regional water culture heritage system based on Lougang Irrigation and Drainage System, the Grand Canal, and water-town settlements. Adopting a regional integrated conservation perspective, this study examines the systemic, interconnected, and living characteristics of Huzhou’s water culture heritage and identifies its value in aspects of hydraulic engineering, water town settlements planning, ecology and humanistic significance. A multi-level conservation and inheritance framework of "municipal area (central urban area)—historic urban area—heritage site" is established, forming an approach structured around three dimensions: managing water, revealing water and sustaining water. The study further puts forward general strategies for the regional integrated conservation and inheritance of water culture heritage.
