摘要:: 为实现历史相关性建成环境中的既有建筑再生与活化利用，对扬州仁丰里历史文化街区周边历史相关性建成环境的特征与存在问题进行分析，基于历史建成环境再生理论，构建“空间、技术、功能、文化、风貌、社会”六位一体的再生策略。通过物质空间再生活化、非遗文化场景植入、历史肌理融合、风貌适应性再生、本土材料循环利用等方式，为历史相关性建成环境中的既有建筑再生提供理论框架与实践范式，探索推进城市更新行动意见的可行路径，促进城市文脉延续，推动城市高质量发展。

Abstract:: To achieve the regeneration and revitalization of existing buildings in the built environment related to history, by analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of the historically built environment surrounding the Rinfengli historical district in Yangzhou, based on the theory of historically built environment regeneration, a six-element regeneration strategy of "culture, function, space, style, technology, and society" is constructed. Through methods such as re-activating the physical space, integrating intangible cultural heritage scenes, integrating historical texture, adapting the style for regeneration, and recycling local materials, a theoretical framework and practical model for the regeneration of existing buildings in the historically built environment are provided. This paper explores feasible paths for promoting urban renewal actions, promotes the continuation of urban cultural heritage, and facilitates high-quality urban development.
