摘要:: 小城镇作为城乡融合的关键纽带，其空间治理与遗产保护面临诸多挑战，特别是以“七站八所”为代表的空间治理遗产亟须系统保护与活化利用。通过梳理“七站八所”的历史演进脉络、空间布局特征与建筑特色，构建文化遗产保护与空间治理融合的理论框架，结合典型保护实践模式分析，提出治理协同、功能转型、空间重构、文化赋能及地域特色的系统性再生策略。研究旨在为小城镇空间治理遗产保护提供理论支撑与实践路径，助力城乡可持续发展。

Abstract:: As a crucial link in urban-rural integration, small towns face numerous challenges in spatial governance and heritage conservation, particularly requiring systematic protection and revitalization for spatial governance heritage represented by the "Seven Stations and Eight Institutes". This study constructs a theoretical framework integrating cultural heritage protection with spatial governance by tracing the historical evolution, spatial layout characteristics, and architectural features of the "Seven Stations and Eight Institutes". Through analysis of exemplary conservation practices, it proposes a systematic regeneration strategy encompassing governance synergy, functional transformation, spatial restructuring, cultural empowerment, and regional distinctiveness. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for the protection of spatial governance heritage in small towns, contributing to sustainable urban-rural development.
