摘要:
在城市更新与“城市体检”制度化推进的背景下，历史文化名城亟须将居民感知纳入评价与决策体系，以提升更新行动的针对性与公众认同度。基于居民感知视角，聚焦历史文化名城城市体检与更新的相关研究，系统梳理国内外相关理念与研究演进，并以CNKI核心/CSSCI文献为样本，借助CiteSpace对1995—2025年324篇文献进行关键词共现与时间演进分析，归纳研究热点与方法谱系。研究表明：相关研究已由“物质保护—专家主导”逐步转向“体检评估—更新治理”的闭环范式，公众参与、制度建立与空间治理成为关键议题；在实践层面，居民感知可用于识别历史街区痛点、评估文化空间品质并支撑住房—社区—街区—城区多尺度体检指标构建。在数据与方法上，问卷计量、12345/新媒体文本时空分析及街景机器学习为精细化诊断提供路径。现阶段仍存在指标体系偏窄、感知异质性刻画不足、感知数据与空间规划耦合不强等问题。未来应面向分级分类体检框架，强化多源感知与空间特征的融合建模与动态评估，支撑文化导向、以人为本的名城更新。
Abstract:
Under the background of urban renewal and the institutionalized promotion of "urban physical examination", historical and cultural cities urgently need to incorporate residents’ perception into their evaluation and decision-making to enhance the pertinence and public recognition of their renewal actions.This article, from the perspective of residents’ perception, focuses on research related to urban physical examination and renewal of historical and cultural cities., systematically reviews the relevant concepts and research evolution at home and abroad, and takes CNKI core /CSSCI literature as samples. With the help of CiteSpace, it conducts an analysis of keyword co-occurrence and temporal evolution in 324 literatures from 1995 to 2025 to summarize the research hotspots and method spectrum. Research shows that related studies have gradually shifted from a closed-loop paradigm of "material protection - expert leadership" to "physical examination and assessment - renewal and governance", and public participation, institutional and spatial governance have become key issues. At the practical level, residents’ perception can be used to identify pain points in historical districts, assess the quality of cultural spaces, and support the construction of multi-scale physical examination indicators for housing, communities, blocks, and urban areas. In terms of data and methods, questionnaire measurement, 12345/ new media text spatio-temporal analysis, and street view machine learning provide paths for refined diagnosis. At present, there are still problems such as a narrow index system, insufficient characterization of perceptual heterogeneity, and weak coupling between perceptual data and spatial planning. In the future, we should focus on a hierarchical and classified physical examination framework, strengthen the integrated modeling and dynamic assessment of multi-source perception and spatial features, and support the cultural orientation and people-oriented renewal of famous cities.
