摘要:
研究历史城区的空间活力是科学制定历史文化保护策略、有序实施老城更新的重要依据。社交媒体数据作为互联网时代公众空间行为的重要显性标识，为历史城区空间活力的研究提供了新视角。基于小红书的打卡信息，解析扬州明清历史城区活力空间的类型与分布特征，从行为轨迹角度构建历史城区空间活力特征的形成机制，进而探讨历史城区可持续更新的应对策略。研究表明，历史城区活力空间类型以大众旅游休闲为主、日常居民服务为辅。活力空间总体呈现出核心集聚与网络交织的分布特征，其中旅游休闲类空间具有网络延展性和耦合性，居民服务类空间则更倾向于散点集聚。在社交媒体的影响下，本地居民与外地游客的两种“行为轨迹”既得到差异性的强化又交叉渗透，共同塑造了历史城区空间活力的总体格局。在推动历史城区有序更新的过程中，需要积极探索尊重双轨行为差异、促进双轨行为共生的更新策略。
Abstract:
Studying spatial vitality in historic urban districts provides a basis for scientifically formulating cultural heritage strategies and implementing urban renewal. As a prominent indicator of public spatial behavior in the Internet era, social media data offers a new perspective for researching spatial vitality in historic urban areas. Based on the check-in data from Xiaohongshu, this paper analyzes the types and distribution characteristics of vital spaces in the Ming and Qing Historical Urban Area of Yangzhou. From the perspective of behavioral trajectories, it constructs the formation mechanism of spatial vitality characteristics in historical urban areas, and further explores the response strategies for sustainable renewal of historical urban areas. The study shows that the types of vital spaces in historical urban areas are primarily dominated by public tourism and leisure, and supplemented by daily residential services. The vital spaces generally exhibit the distribution characteristics of core agglomeration and network interweaving. Among them, tourism and leisure spaces have the characteristics of network extension and coupling, while residential service spaces tend to be scattered agglomeration. Driven by social media, the two "behavioral trajectories" of local residents and tourists have been strengthened and integrated, jointly shaping the overall pattern of spatial vitality in the historic urban area. In the process of promoting the orderly renewal of historical urban areas, it is necessary to actively explore renewal strategies that respect the dual-track behavioral differences and promote the symbiosis of dual-track behaviors.
