摘要:
历史城区是城市文化遗产集聚区，它直接反映居民日常生活与记忆情感，具有历史文化资源与居民日常生活高度重叠的特点。面对新时代发展要求，历史城区内涵也在不断重构。基于空间生产理论，探索历史城区整体性保护的当代内涵。梳理国内外历史城区保护政策演进，总结历史城区整体性概念发展脉络，在此基础上结合空间三元论与资本循环理论，系统分析历史城区的更新动力，最后提出对于历史城区整体性保护应构建以文脉根基为核心的多维价值共创网络体系，并将该体系解构为文化功能层级、文化关联机制和新兴文化业态，以期为新时代历史城区整体性保护内涵的解读提供新视角。
Abstract:
Historical urban areas are clusters of urban cultural heritage that directly reflect the daily lives, memories, and emotions of residents, characterized by a high degree of overlap between historical-cultural resources and everyday life. In response to the development demands of the new era, the conceptual connotation of historical urban areas is continuously being reconstructed. Based on the theory of spatial production, this study explores the contemporary connotations of holistic conservation in historical urban areas. It reviews the evolution of conservation policies for historical urban areas both domestically and internationally, summarizing the development trajectory of the holistic conservation concept. Based on this foundation and integrating the spatial triad and capital circulation theory, the study systematically analyzes the renewal dynamics of historical urban areas. Finally, it proposes that the holistic conservation of historical urban areas should establish a multidimensional value co-creation network system centered on cultural context, deconstructing this system into cultural-functional hierarchies, cultural linkage mechanisms, and emerging cultural formats. The aim is to provide a new perspective for interpreting the connotations of holistic conservation in historical urban areas in the new era.
