摘要:
在中国式现代化精神的提出以及高质量发展的重要背景下，新时代城市轨道交通建设呈现新的发展特征，对TOD模式的应用提出了新的发展要求。杭州作为长三角地区的核心城市，其TOD应用模式已初步形成，在其高质量建设中起到了重要的示范作用。通过对党的二十大精神的内涵解读、发展方向引导以及杭州实践具体应用的对比分析，为中国式现代化轨道交通站点的规划建设提供进一步参考。
Abstract:
Since Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered a new historical position in the new era, the rail transit construction in the new era presents new development characteristics, which puts forward new development requirements for the application of TOD mode. As the core city of the Yangtze River Delta, Hangzhou has preliminarily formed its TOD application model, which has played an important exemplary role in the high-quality construction of rail transit. This paper provides a further reference for the planning and construction of Chinese path to modernization rail transit stations through the interpretation of the connotation of the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress, the guidance of the development direction, and the comparative analysis of the specific application of Hangzhou’s practice.
