摘要:
地名作为非物质文化遗产，是国家历史和文化遗产的一部分，是世界文化遗产的一部分，更是全人类的共同财富。推进地名文化遗产保护工作，意义重大。我国地名文化遗产保护工作所面临的形势严峻，特别是名录制度建设总体滞后，已严重制约着地名文化遗产保护工作的开展。这迫切要求政府务必高度重视并切实做好地名文化遗产保护名录制度建设及其改进工作。改进对策基于政府层面的可操作性原则，包括政策支持、投入激励、能力保障、考核监督、表彰奖励、责任追究六大措施。传承、保护和弘扬新时代中国优秀传统地名文化，不断激发中华民族守正创新与团结奋斗，持续提升中华民族的自信心、自豪感与凝聚力，全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。
Abstract:
As intangible cultural heritage, geographical names belonging to Chinese cultural heritage are a part of China history and cultural heritage, a part of the world cultural heritage, and a common wealth of humanity. It is very important to promote the work of cultural heritage protection of China geographical names. However, it is facing a severe situation and the overall lag in the construction of the list system for the heritage protection of China geographical names seriously restricts its development, which demands urgently that the government pay much attention to the construction of the list system for the heritage protection of China geographical names and its improvement work. Based on the Principle of operability，the paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures including policy support, input incentives, Capability guarantee, assessment and supervision, recognition awards and accountability so that we can truly inherit, protect and carry forward the excellent geographical names culture of China, continuously inspire the Chinese nation to uphold integrity, innovation and unity, continuously enhance the self-confidence, pride, and cohesion of the Chinese nation, comprehensively build a socialist modernized country and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
