摘要:
历史文化保护一直以来都是城乡建设领域的重点工作之一，在大力推进城市更新行动的新时代，历史文化保护与传承也被列为城市更新的九大任务之一。“新生于旧”，城市更新话题永远脱离不开对“旧事物”，即对历史文化的关注与研究。通过诠释城市更新的基本定义与动因，从一般规律的角度，尝试在城市更新语境中梳理历史文化与城市更新的基本关系，分析在保护中更新、演进的必要性与主要难点，探索建构一种新时代的历史文化与城市更新的辩证关系，并提出历史文化应在保护中更新、演进，保护与更新都应注重素质更新等观点。
Abstract:
Historical and cultural preservation has always been one of the key tasks in the field of urban and rural development. In the new era of vigorously promoting urban renewal, historical and cultural preservation and inheritance has also been listed as one of the nine tasks of urban renewal. The concept of "New in Old" reveals that, the topic of urban renewal can never be separated from the "old things" - the concern and research on historical culture. By interpreting the basic definition and motivation of urban renewal, this paper attempts to sort out the basic relationship between historical culture and urban renewal from the perspective of general laws, analyze the necessity and main difficulties of renewal and evolution in historical and cultural preservation, explore and construct a dialectical relationship between historical culture and urban renewal in a new era, and put forward the view that historical culture should be renewed and evolved in the context of urban renewal, and that both preservation and renewal should focus on quality renewal.
