摘要:
我国城市发展已从大规模增量扩张阶段转向以存量提质增效为主的阶段，这一转变深刻反映了城市化进程的内在逻辑变化——城市更新已从空间改造工程升级为城市治理现代化的综合实验场。研究回顾了国内外可持续城市更新理论的提出与演变，并结合中央对可持续城市更新提出的要求与国内实践案例提出以“空间建设可持续、文化传承可持续、生态环境可持续、社会生活可持续、经济投入与产出可持续、治理机制可持续”6个方面为主题的可持续更新策略，以期有效实现城市可持续更新。
Abstract:
China’s urban development has shifted from a stage of large-scale incremental expansion to one mainly focusing on improving the quality and efficiency of existing resources. This transformation profoundly reflects the inherent logical change in the urbanization process - urban renewal has been upgraded from a spatial renovation project to a comprehensive experimental field for the modernization of urban governance. This study reviews the proposal and evolution of sustainable urban renewal theories both at home and abroad. It also combines the requirements put forward by the central government for sustainable urban renewal with domestic practical cases to propose a sustainable renewal strategy with six themes: "sustainable spatial construction, sustainable cultural inheritance, sustainable ecological environment, sustainable social life, sustainable economic input and output, and sustainable governance mechanism", with the aim of effectively achieving sustainable urban renewal.
