摘要:
在现代理性主义的冲击下，我国城市在一段时期内受到快速城镇化效率与发展优先为主导的理念的影响，城市建设缺乏对各地地域文化的认识，抛弃传统城市建设智慧，导致城市风貌千篇一律，失去了城市最有活力的部分。通过对城市文化基因理念的再认识，认为基因传承是一个融合传承和嬗变的动态演进过程，简单照搬传统文化会导致城市缺乏现实适应性，从而丧失活力，机械嬗变则会抛弃文化基因，走向另一个极端。城市规划中应把握因循传统与创新嬗变的尺度，因循传统是对文化基因的传承，创新嬗变是与时代发展的统一。以重庆九龙西城规划为案例，从结合因循传统与创新嬗变出发，提出文化基因理念导向下的城市规划路径，从总体格局、规划结构和空间布局的文化传承，文化基因、山水文化和现代生活需求的创新嬗变方面进行实证推演，探索传统文化在城市规划中的应用。
Abstract:
Under the impact of modern rationalism, our cities have been dominated by the efficiency of rapid urbanization and development priority for a considerable period of time. Urban construction lacks understanding of regional cultures and abandons traditional urban construction wisdom, which leads to the sameness of the city and the loss of the most dynamic part of the city. Through the re-understanding of the concept of urban cultural genes, the paper suggests that genetic inheritance is a dynamic evolution process that integrates inheritance and evolution. Simply copying traditional culture will lead to a lack of adaptability to the reality of the city and thus lose its vitality. Mechanical transformation is to abandon cultural genes and move towards another. At one extreme, the city planning should grasp the yardstick of following the tradition and the evolution of innovation. Following the tradition is the inheritance of cultural genes, and the evolution of innovation is the unity of the development of the times. Taking the city planning of Chongqing Jiulong City as a case, starting from the combination of following the tradition and the evolution of innovation, the city planning path guided by the concept of cultural genes is proposed. The evolution of modern life needs has been deduced by case studies and the application of traditional culture in urban design has been explored.
