摘要:
厘清山地特征对城市绿地系统规划建设的影响，有助于城市绿地系统综合效益的发挥，强化其在城市特色塑造方面的特殊作用。以典型山地城市——重庆为研究对象，通过对历时70余年的13版城市绿地系统规划文件进行解读，梳理城市绿地系统规划的山地特征呈现脉络；对比规划实施与建设效果，讨论规划指导下山地特征在建设中实现的方式及路径；进而提出从规划管控、空间管理、评价反馈体系3方面形成城市绿地系统规划的山地特征响应机制，健全城市体检评估体系，探索具有山地特色的城市绿地系统从规划到建设落实的有效途径。
Abstract:
To clarify the influence of mountain features on urban green space system planning and construction is helpful to bring the comprehensive benefits of urban green space system into play and strengthen its special role in shaping urban characteristics. Taking Chongqing， a typical mountain city， as the research object， through the interpretation of 13 editions of urban green space system planning documents lasting for more than 70 years， the mountain characteristics of urban green space system planning were sorted out. By comparing the effect of planning implementation and construction， the ways and paths of realizing mountain features under the guidance of planning are discussed. Furthermore， the mountain characteristic response mechanism of urban green space system planning is proposed from three aspects of planning control， space management and evaluation feedback system， and the effective way of urban green space system planning and construction with mountain characteristics is explored.
