摘要:
以广州市“名城守护官”志愿者遗产教育实践为研究对象，探讨协同治理视角下公众参与在历史文化遗产保护中的创新模式及其社会效应。借助协同治理SFIC理论模型，系统梳理该项目的核心机制，提炼出“聚识-赋权-融智-续脉”的名城保护公众赋能四维路径。研究发现，志愿者主导的互动式遗产教育模式有效提升了公众文化自觉，推动了历史街区的动态保护与社区共建。本研究为城市历史文化遗产保护提供 理论补充与实践参考。
Abstract:
This paper takes the "Guardian of Famous Cities" volunteer heritage education practice in Guangzhou City as the research object and explores the innovative model of public participation in historical and cultural heritage protection and its social effects from the perspective of collaborative governance. Using the SFIC collaborative governance theoretical model, it systematically reviews the core mechanisms of the project and identifies a four-dimensional public empowerment pathway characterized by consensus building, empowerment, technology-enabled participation, and heritage revitalization. The study finds that the volunteer-led interactive heritage education model effectively enhances public cultural awareness and promotes dynamic conservation and community co-construction in historic districts. This research provides theoretical enrichment and practical reference for the protection of urban historical and cultural heritage.
