摘要:
大运河是我国古代伟大的水利工程，具有重要的历史文化价值，是举世闻名的世界遗产项目。江苏省作为中国大运河的核心地区，率先提出了“打造世界级运河文化遗产旅游廊道”。通过梳理世界级旅游目的地、旅游线路的相关理论与研究动态，文化遗产旅游廊道的相关理论与研究动态，论述世界级运河文化遗产旅游廊道的理论依据并进行内涵解析，建构起“江苏样本”价值体系。江苏运河文化遗产旅游廊道致力于打造世界文化遗产的活态典范，价值根植于历史、文化、经济、生态与社会等多维层面，形成了价值共生体系，并且“江苏样本”在历史、类型与景观3个方面展现出了“三最”特质，奠定了大运河江苏段作为世界级运河文化遗产旅游廊道的独特性。“江苏样本”将进一步绘制空间规划蓝图，细化“连点—成线—组网”路径，形成国际标准与示范，成为彰显“中国式现代化”的文化新地标、全球性水文化展示与对话载体、线性文化遗产保护性开发国际示范项目。
Abstract:
The Grand Canal is a great water conservancy project in ancient China. It has important historical and cultural value and is a world-famous world heritage project. As the core area of the "Grand Canal of China", Jiangsu Province takes the lead in proposing "to build a world-class canal cultural heritage tourism corridor". By combing the relevant theories and research trends of world-class tourist destinations and tourist routes, and the relevant theories and research trends of cultural heritage tourism corridors, this study discusses the theoretical basis and connotation analysis of world-class canal cultural heritage tourism corridors, and constructs the value system of "Jiangsu sample". The Jiangsu Canal Cultural Heritage Tourism Corridor is committed to creating a living model of world cultural heritage. The value is rooted in the multi-dimensional aspects of history, culture, economy, ecology and society, forming a value symbiosis system. In addition, the "Jiangsu sample" shows the "three most" characteristics in history, type and landscape, which lays the uniqueness of the Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal as a world-class canal cultural heritage tourism corridor. The "Jiangsu Sample" will further draw a blueprint for spatial planning, refine the path of "connecting points-forming lines-networking", form international standards and demonstrations, and become a new cultural landmark that highlights "Chinese-style modernization", a global water culture display and dialogue carrier, and an international demonstration project for the protective development of linear cultural heritage.
