党的二十大报告中提出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。城市空间建设是彰显国家高质量发展的重要组成部分，要以此为引领进行全新探索。复盘欧洲、日本在本土化城市形态保护方面所做的努力及我国城市空间特征，分析“中国式”与“现代化”的基调与内涵，聚焦区域、山水、人文、都市四类空间载体，提出因城施策、山水塑骨、人文引领和现代营造的塑造策略。结合广州市南沙副中心的设计实践，探索支撑空间样板落实的理论体系。以区域发展维度落实“生长共建”、目标定位维度开发“稀缺资本”、组团结构维度丰富“内涵发展”、公共空间维度塑造“文化主张”、街巷空间维度激发“多元融合”、空间尺度维度构建“友好型空间”、重要节点维度注重“精细化治理”为实践抓手，构建既能面向世界、满足当代需求，也能传承地域特色、融入东方文化的城市空间模型。同时，结合社会主义制度优越性，谋划构建以“梯级开发”和“总师服务制度”为主的实施保障体系，旨在围绕全规划周期，梳理总结中国式现代化城市空间样板构建的理论体系。
Abstract:
In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was proposed to "comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization". The construction of urban space, as an important component of showcasing the high-quality development of the country, needs to be taken as a guide for new exploration. On the basis of reviewing the efforts made by Europe and Japan in the protection of localized urban forms, as well as the spatial characteristics of Chinese cities, this article first analyzes the tone and connotation of "Chinese style" and "modernization". Secondly, it focuses on four types of spatial carriers: regions, mountains and waters, humanities, and cities, and proposes shaping strategies based on the city, mountains and waters shaping bones, humanistic guidance, and modern construction. On this basis, combined with the design practice of Nansha Sub center in Guangzhou, this paper explores the theoretical system that supports the implementation of spatial templates from seven dimensions. Taking the implementation of "growth and construction" in the dimension of regional development, the development of "scarce capital" in the dimension of target positioning, the enrichment of "connotation development" in the dimension of cluster structure, the shaping of "cultural propositions" in the dimension of public space, the stimulation of "diverse integration" in the dimension of street and alley space, the construction of "friendly space" in the dimension of spatial scale, and the emphasis on "refined governance" in the dimension of important nodes as practical measures, we aim to build an urban spatial model that can not only face the world and meet contemporary needs, but also inherit regional characteristics and integrate Eastern culture. In combination with the advantages of the socialist system, the research plans to build an implementation guarantee system focusing on "cascade development" and "chief teacher service system", aiming to sort out and summarize the theoretical system of building a model of Chinese path to modernization urban space around the whole planning cycle.
