摘要:
在文旅融合与存量提质增效的背景下，探索皖南地区三线建设工业遗产的多尺度空间特征及旅游活化路径，对三线建设工业遗产保护利用具有重要意义。将皖南地区的三线建设工业遗产作为多尺度的“连续统一体”，利用ArcGIS空间分析、形态学、类型学及田野调研等方法，从区域—片区—厂区—建筑4个递进尺度解析其空间特征：区域遗产布局总体分散、靠山体近水域；片区遗产空间组团集群、生产工艺互补；厂区单元组织呈封闭性与集体化、功能自成体系；单体建筑形态简洁朴实、时代特色鲜明。依托皖南地区的旅游资源与产业优势，构建多尺度协同的旅游活化路径：区域尺度串联遗产要素，组构游径网络，分区集群发展；片区层面联动毗邻旅游资源，共享功能设施；厂区层面结合发展定位，分类植入多元旅游模式，开放场所环境激活闲置场地；建筑单体适配空间与旅游功能需求，营造怀旧文化场景以延续时代文化特质。研究旨在为皖南地区三线建设工业遗产旅游转型的可持续更新提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract:
In the context of the integration of culture-tourism and the improvement of stock resource quality and efficiency, exploring the multi-scale spatial characteristics and tourism revitalization pathways of the Third Front industrial heritage in southern Anhui is significant for its protection and utilization. This study frames the Third Front industrial heritage in southern Anhui as a multiscale continuum. Using ArcGIS spatial analysis, morphology and typology, and field research, it examines spatial characteristics at four hierarchical scales: region, cluster, factory site, and building. The findings reveal that at the regional scale, heritage sites are dispersed and located close to mountains and water sources. In cluster areas, spatial layouts form grouped clusters with complementary and coordinated production processes. For factory sites, organizational units are enclosed and collectivized, forming self-contained functional systems. At the building scale, individual buildings are simple and unadorned, with distinctive period features. Relying on the tourism resources and industrial advantages of southern Anhui, this study constructs multiscale coordinated tourism activation paths. From a regional perspective, heritage elements are connected to form tour route networks and promote clusterbased development. For clusters, adjacent tourism resources are coordinated and functional facilities are shared. Regarding factory sites, diverse tourism models are introduced according to different development orientations, and open spaces are used to revitalize idle sites. Concerning buildings, spaces are adapted to meet tourism functional requirements, and a nostalgic cultural atmosphere is created to preserve the era’ s distinctive characteristics. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the sustainable renewal of the Third Front industrial heritage in southern Anhui through tourism transformation.
