城市公共空间更新特征与对策建议-中国名城

摘要:: 为提升环境品质，满足居民需求，公共空间作为居民休闲活动的重要场所，逐渐成为各地政府推动城市更新的重点领域。不同于老旧小区、旧工业区等，城市公共空间以划拨用地为主，其更新模式有着显著不同。在对公共空间进行界定的基础上，针对我国公共空间更新的特征和存在的突出问题，从更新主体、投融资和运营管理、空间设计、政策体系四个方面探索城市公共空间更新的关键路径，为公共空间更新制度建设提供思路。

Abstract:: To improve environmental quality and meet residents’ demands, public spaces, as important venues for residents’ leisure activities, have gradually become a priority area for local governments to advance urban renewal. Unlike old residential communities and old industrial zones, urban public spaces are mainly built on allocated land, which makes their renewal modes significantly different from those of other urban renewal objects such as old communities. On the basis of defining public spaces, in view of the characteristics and prominent problems of public space renewal in China, this paper explores the key paths of urban public space renewal from four aspects: renewal subjects, investment, financing and operation management, spatial design, and policy system, so as to provide ideas for the institutional construction of public space renewal.
