摘要:
红色美丽村庄规划是国家赓续红色文化、实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。紧扣红色美丽村庄试点建设的核心内涵，聚焦传统村落保护和发展，力求探索出一条集红色文化赓续、传统村落文化基因传承、和美乡村振兴建设于一体的村庄规划编制创新实践。通过对贵州省新一轮红色美丽村庄建设试点、中国第五批传统村落淋滩村的红色文化资源和传统村落特征的深入调研，分析其在红色文化传承、传统村落保护和村庄发展中的现状与挑战。结合红色美丽村庄建设的国家战略要求，提出以红色文化为引领、传统村落保护为基础、村庄发展为动力的规划编制创新策略，并通过具体规划实践，探索红色文化与传统村落保护相结合的村庄规划新模式，为其他红色美丽村庄试点建设提供参考。
Abstract:
The planning of red beautiful villages is an important means for the country to build pilot red beautiful villages, carry forward red culture, and implement the rural revitalization strategy. Taking Lintan Village, Longxing Town, Xishui County - a new round of red beautiful village construction pilot in Guizhou Province and the fifth batch of traditional Chinese villages - as an example, this paper closely focuses on the core connotation of pilot construction of red beautiful villages, centres on the protection and development of traditional villages, and strives to explore an innovative practice of village planning and compilation that integrates "the inheritance of red culture, the inheritance of traditional village cultural genes, and the construction of harmonious and beautiful rural revitalization". Through in-depth investigation of the red cultural resources and traditional village characteristics of Lintan Village, this paper analyzes its current situation and challenges in red cultural inheritance, traditional village protection and village development. Combined with the national strategic requirements for the construction of red beautiful villages, it puts forward innovative planning and compilation strategies with red culture as the guide, traditional village protection as the foundation, and village development as the driving force. And through specific planning practices, it explores a new village planning model that combines red culture with the protection of traditional villages, providing a reference for the pilot construction of other red beautiful villages.
