摘要:
成都是我国三线建设时期西南城市群的核心腹地,工业建筑遗存样本丰富、形态多元,但更新协同滞后、保育体系薄弱,成为近年来极具研究价值的对象类型。利用历史演绎、田野考察等方法对成都都市圈工业遗存进行了初步梳理,从其选址、格局、现状、形态、结构等向度,初步总结了其时空演变规律,并将这些规律回归在中国工业发展史和四川工业演进史的宏观背景中,发现其具有区域集中性、沿铁路交通沿线分布等选址特征,以及产业集群聚集、污染性分散并存的状况,并通过其空间格局和形态演绎,发现其具有小组团、中分离、大串联的特点,以小见大,回顾了中国近代工业建筑遗产的形态演变。论文以问题为导向,通过工业遗产在城市更新语境中的价值再塑、网络联动、模式探新等途径创新保育活化体系。
Abstract:
As the strategic hinterland of the Southwest urban agglomeration during China’s Third Front Construction period, Chengdu possesses a rich and diverse collection of industrial heritage. However, its renewal and conservation efforts have lagged behind, and the supporting preservation system remains inadequate, making it a highly valuable subject of recent research. This study employs historical interpretation and field surveys to provide a preliminary review of industrial heritage in the Chengdu metropolitan area. It examines dimensions such as site selection, spatial patterns, current conditions, morphology, and structural characteristics, and summarizes the spatiotemporal evolution of these sites. Placed within the broader historical context of China’s industrial development and Sichuan’s industrial trajectory, the study reveals distinctive features such as regional concentration and alignment along railway corridors, as well as the coexistence of clustered industries with dispersed polluting facilities. Through analysis of spatial layouts and morphological changes, the research identifies characteristics of small-scale clustering, medium-level separation, and large-scale linkage, thereby reflecting the broader evolution of modern Chinese industrial heritage. Guided by an issue-oriented approach, this paper proposes an innovative conservation and revitalization framework that emphasizes value reconfiguration, network linkage, and model exploration within the context of urban regeneration.
