摘要:
历史文化街区是城市重要的文化载体。目前，我国历史文化街区在保护监测方面还存在技术手段单一、监管低效等问题。构建科学有效的历史文化街区遥感监测指标体系，科学开展历史文化街区遥感监测，是保护历史文化街区的有效手段。结合历史文化街区不同尺度、不同要求的保护目标，分层分级构建监测指标体系，探讨从数据采集到变化情况反馈的监测流程，以实现历史文化名城保护动态管理。
Abstract:
Historical and cultural districts are important cultural carriers of cities. At present, there are still problems in the protection and monitoring of historical and cultural districts in China, such as single technical means and inefficient supervision. It is an effective means to construct a scientific and effective remote sensing monitoring index system for historical and cultural districts, and to scientifically carry out remote sensing monitoring of historical and cultural districts. Combined with the protection objectives of different scales and requirements of historical and cultural districts, this paper constructs a monitoring indicator system in a hierarchical manner, and discusses the monitoring process from data collection to change feedback, so as to realize the dynamic management of the protection of famous historical and cultural cities.
