摘要:: 基于社会恢复性城市主义理论，研究苏州古城片区的城市更新设计。以街道系统总体规划为重心，建立设计指导原则，对场地进行社会恢复性和过渡性评估，构建城市设计模型，以量化更新设计成效，对选址片区街道空间的更新设计策略注重场地结构、绿地系统和交通空间的改进，推进社区参与和可持续发展，提升恢复性街景元素的识别以突显古城更新的关键要素。社会恢复性城市主义价值评价与层次分析的运用确保了决策过程的科学性和系统性，使苏州古城更新符合社会、经济和环境的综合效益。注重历史语境的尊重与现代功能的融合，意图促进社区的活力和凝聚力，为国内外其他历史街区的保护与更新提供有益借鉴，使城市、街道和社区和谐共生。

Abstract:: Based on the theory of restorative urbanism, this study explores the urban renewal design Suzhou ancient city area. With the overall planning of the street system as the focus, it establishes design guidelines, conducts social restorative and transitional assessments of the site, and builds an urban design model to quantify the effectiveness of the renewal design. The renewal design strategies for the street space in the selected area emphasize the improvement of site structure, green space system, and traffic space, promote community participation and sustainable development, and enhance the recognition of restorative street elements to highlight the key elements of the ancient city’s renewal. The application of restorative urbanism weighting evaluation and analytic hierarchy process ensures the scientificity and systematicness of the decision-making process, making the renewal of Suzhou’s ancient city in line with the comprehensive benefits of society, economy, and environment. This paper focuses on the respect for historical context and the integration of modern functions, aiming to promote the vitality and cohesion of the community and provide useful references for the protection and renewal of other historical districts at home and abroad, so that cities, streets, and communities can coexist harmoniously.
