摘要:
城市更新是推动城市治理的重要手段，空间正义则是实现“高质量开展城市更新任务”的有效理论视角。研究构建了城市更新空间正义视角下空间资源可达性、公众参与公平性、历史文化保护包容性三维理论框架，指出当前城市更新实践空间非正义的现实困境，并提出实现空间正义的治理路径：资源配置由自建式向共建式转变，提升可达性；公众参与由程序性参与向实质性参与转变，提升公平性；历史文化遗产由保存式传承向活化利用式传承转变，提升包容性。
Abstract:
Urban renewal is an important means of promoting urban governance. Spatial justice is an effective theoretical perspective for realizing the "task of carrying out urban renewal at a high level". The research has constructed a three-dimensional theoretical framework of spatial resource accessibility, fairness of public participation, and inclusiveness of historical and cultural protection from the perspective of spatial justice in urban renewal; it points out the reality of spatial injustice in past urban renewal practices; it finally proposes a governance path to the realization of spatial justice, namely, the shift from self-construction to co-construction for resource allocation to enhance accessibility, the shift from procedural to substantive public participation to enhance fairness, and the shift from preservation to adaptive use of historical and cultural heritage protection to enhance inclusiveness.
