国土空间精准管控是空间治理现代化的政策工具。首先分析国土空间精准管控的内涵和现实困境,并通过知识图谱可视化分析当前关于国土空间管控的研究脉络和热点,进而从精准摸查空间底图底数、精准确定空间管控对象、精准传导空间管控内容、精准保障规划监督实施等方面提出国土空间精准管控体系构建的规划逻辑,最后结合韶关和宝鸡的规划实践提出优化路径。

Accurate control of territorial land space is a policy tool for space governance modernization. This article first analyzes the connotation cognition and practical difficulty, and uses visual analysis of knowledge graph to study the current research context and hotspots. Furthermore, this article proposes the planning logic for constructing an accurate control system of territorial land space by accurately surveying the spatial base map, accurately determining the spatial control objects, accurately transmitting the spatial control content, and accurately managing the spatial control implementation. Finally, this article proposes several optimization paths based on the planning practices of Shaoguan and Baoji.
