摘要:
始建于西汉的昭通古城作为滇东北地区重要的政治、经济、文化中心，自古素有“锁钥南滇，咽喉西蜀”之称，具有多重历史文化价值。随着城镇化快速发展，古城面临历史文化保护缺位、基础设施滞后、风貌协调性不足等挑战。研究以有机更新理论为指导，在深入挖掘古城空间形态、建筑构成与环境风貌特点的基础上，结合加强城乡历史文化保护传承意见和住建部“城市体检”的标准，针对古城街巷、建筑风貌等现存问题，提出“分级保护—功能活化—设施提升—文化传承”的保护利用策略。
Abstract:
Established during the Western Han Dynasty, Zhaotong Ancient City serves as a crucial political, economic, and cultural center in Northeast Yunnan. Historically, it has been a vital bridge for cultural and commercial exchanges between Yunnan and the Central Plains. With its long history and rich cultural heritage, it is often referred to as "the key to South Yunnan and the throat of West Shu."With the rapid development of urbanization, the ancient city is facing the challenges of lack of historical and cultural protection, lagging infrastructure, and insufficient coordination of landscape. Guided by the theory of Organic Renewal, based on in-depth excavation of the spatial form, architectural composition and environmental features of the ancient city, combined with the opinions of strengthening urban and rural historical and cultural preservation and inheritance and the standards of the Ministry of Housing and Construction’s "City Physical Examination", we propose "graded protection - functional revitalization - facility upgrading - coordination of style and appearance" to deal with the existing problems of the ancient city. Based on the existing problems of the ancient city such as streets and alleys, architectural style, etc., this paper puts forward the protection and utilization strategy of "hierarchical protection-functional revitalization-facility upgrading-cultural inheritance".
